  • What are the duration of stays?
    Our stay durations are as follows: A minimum of 2 nights is required. A minimum of 3 nights is required during Easter. A minimum of 5 nights is required during Christmas.
  • Do you provide linen and towels?
    All our cottages and villas are completely self-contained. We supply all the necessary linen, towels, and amenities for your stay, with the exception of food.
  • What are the bedding configurations?
    Every cottage or villa has its unique features, which are detailed on our website under the respective cottage or villa listing.
  • What if we plan to arrive after 5pm (late check-in)?
    Should your intended arrival be after 5pm, kindly get in touch with our reception at 0482 431 477 or via email at This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements.
  • Is a security bond required upon check-in?
    We only require a valid credit card at check-in for any incidentals or damage.
  • Do you offer late check outs?
    An extension of check-out time can be accommodated only if the cottage or villa is not reserved for an incoming guest. Kindly consult our staff for availability.
  • Is your swimming pool heated?
    Our swimming pool is solar heated so best used in spring or summer. Additionally, towels are provided for your convenience.
  • What parking is available?
    Complimentary parking for two vehicles is available for each cottage and villa.
  • Do you have WIFI?
    Complimentary high-speed WIFI is available on-site for the duration of your stay.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We operate from 9 am to 5 pm, seven days a week.
